The Cake Development Corporation is seeking talented CakePHP developers to fill positions within our company. As a developer you will work closely with other programmers and designers, to develop a variety of projects with our national and international clients.
Technical Skills Needed:
- 2+ years experience in web application development
- 2+ years experience in object-oriented analysis and design
- Familiarity with Model-View-Controller methodology
- Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax and JavaScript.
- Experience with Unit Tests
- Experience with database design and implementation.
- Experience with CakePHP is a must.
Other Requirements:
- IT qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Relevant commercial experience.
- Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player who is self motivated and well organized.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Passionate about open-source and advancing your skills and knowledge.
Desired but not required:
- Experience with C, C++, Adobe Flex, Flash Development, ActionScript
